Counting down to the Ravelympics
I’ve been blog-free for a long time, if you don’t count my travel updates, but I’d like to have a public record of my efforts for the Ravelympics.
I’m competing in WIP Wrestling, subcategory Second Sock Syndrome (the subcategory is not official…). At last count I had at least seven socks that didn’t have mates, which is not a good thing, so I aim to have fewer singles and more couples by the end of the Olympics.
Here’s the list:

- Jaywalker (toe-up) in Socks That Rock Henpecked.
- Snowflake Lace in Fleece Artist Seashore.
- Leaf Lace in dark green Meilenweit.
- Mojo in red & black Opal Crocodile.
- Pomatomus in variegated blue random sock yarn.
- RPM (toe-up) in Wildfoote Rhapsody.
